Important Notice: ECF Orders & Christmas Holidays 2020

ECF will be closing for the Christmas Holidays from Monday 21st December 2020 at 17:00pm and will re-open on Monday 4th January 2021 at 8:00am.

The annual stock-take will take place during the 18th, 19th, and 20th of December. During the stock-take period, new orders cannot be shipped, and on-site collections are not permitted. Orders received prior to the 18th will be shipped on the dates acknowledged.

Please ensure your orders are placed in accordance with the dates below for guaranteed delivery before Christmas, subject to stock availability.

These dates are given to ensure full coverage of ECF’s extensive nationwide service. If you have an urgent requirement after these dates for delivery pre-Christmas, please call and we can advise further.

The delivery dates for orders due in the New Year will be on your order confirmation. Orders received after 5th January 2021 will revert to the normal product lead times.

Items To Return

Please ensure they are returned to ECF by Thursday 17th December, after this date no returns can be accepted until the New Year.
