Important Notice: ECF Orders & Christmas Holidays 2022

Dear Trade Partner

ECF will be closing for the Christmas Holidays from Tuesday 20th December 2022 at 17:00 and will re-open on Tuesday 3rd January 2023 at 08:00.

The annual stock-take will take place during the 16th, 17th, and 18th of December. During the stock-take period, new orders cannot be shipped, and on-site collections are not permitted. Orders received prior to the 16th of December will be shipped on the dates acknowledged.

Please ensure your orders are placed in accordance with the dates below for guaranteed delivery before Christmas, subject to stock availability.

These dates are given to ensure full coverage of ECF’s extensive nationwide service. If you have an urgent requirement after these dates for delivery pre-Christmas, please call and we can advise further.

The delivery dates for orders due in the New Year will be on your order confirmation. Orders received after 3rd January 2023 will revert to the normal product lead times.

Items To Return

Please ensure they are returned to ECF by 16th December, after this date no returns can be accepted until the New Year.
