Our Manufacturing Facilities

At ECF, quality craftsmanship begins in our state-of-the-art production plants, spanning 100,000 sq. ft, comprising three purpose built factories, each designed to deliver precision, scale and consistency. While our plants use the latest automated technology, no ECF product is ever mass produced. Every item is crafted right here , in the heart of rural Leicestershire.

Plant 1

This is where we bring our Superior Cabinet range to life, with advanced HOMAG machinery handling automated panel cutting, edge finishing, drilling and labelling, we ensure every component is produced to exact specifications, giving our customers that Superior feel every time.

Plant 2

The home of our core ranges, Volpi Kitchens, Gaddesby Kitchens, Robe Bedrooms and Volante Furniture. With a fully automated production cell, from board storage and CNC nesting, to edge banding and automatic assembly, Plant 2 allows us to deliver both speed and consistency, but never at the expense of quality.

Volante

Our Volante plant is dedicated to producing our very own sliding door range. Here, each sliding door is crafted with precision and streamlined finishing to create beautiful, smooth operating sliding doors.
